What does «free forever» mean?
On the Start plan you get the core capabilities with no expiration. Limits — up to 5 users, up to 3 bases and 30 tables. You can work for years; switching to a paid plan only when your team grows.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, in both directions. When upgrading you pay the difference pro-rated to the remaining period. When downgrading, the leftover is credited to the next period.
Are there discounts for nonprofits and education?
Yes, up to 50% off the Team and Business plans. Fill out the contact form, we'll request supporting documents.
Is there a trial for the Business plan?
Yes, 14 days at no cost for teams of 10+. Request a quote via the form and we'll open access.
How do I price a 30-person team?
The Team plan is $6 per user per month. For 30 people — $180/month or $2,160/year. On annual billing — $60 per user per year, i.e. $1,800 — saving $360 (~17%).
Is there a discount on annual billing?
Yes, annual billing gives ~17% off. Team plan: $6/month ↔ $60/year (instead of $72). Business plan: $12/month ↔ $120/year (instead of $144).
When will Chat and Virtual Office ship?
Both modules are in development — releases are planned for 2026. On Team and above they'll be activated automatically at launch with no extra charge.
Do you accept payment by invoice?
Yes, for legal entities on Team, Business and Enterprise. Documents — monthly closing acts; VAT included.
