Charts and summaries on top of your tables

Dashboards are built directly on top of Struktura tables — without a separate ETL or BI exports. Bar/line/donut, KPI cards, drill-down to records, and a public share link.

Problem

Every number takes an analyst

A leader asks 'how much did we close this month?' — and goes to the analyst. The analyst exports CSV from the CRM, loads it into BI, draws a chart. The next day the leader needs the same number broken down by manager — and the whole cycle starts again. Struktura dashboards remove this cycle: charts live right inside the product, on top of the table, and update themselves.

Features

Nine widgets cover 90% of requests

No separate BI system is needed for standard leadership reports — everything is computed right on the table.

Bar, line, donut, and pie

Four basic chart types with grouping and stacking. Source — any table or saved view, X-axis — any field, Y-axis — aggregation.

KPI cards

A large number plus a trend against the previous period. Aggregations: sum, avg, min, max, count, count distinct. Server-side, no browser load.

Data-table widget

A table right on the dashboard — with its own filters and sorting, separate from the parent view. Convenient for details under a chart.

Leaderboard

Top-N by any field: top managers by revenue, projects by number of tasks, clients by invoice total. Sorting and trimming server-side.

Period comparison

Comparison widget: 'current month vs previous', 'quarter over quarter', 'year over year'. Delta in percent and absolute.

Calendar and histogram

Heatmap-calendar of activity (like GitHub) and value distribution by buckets. Useful for team load and response time.

Drill-down to records

Click a bar or sector — the list of records that make it up expands. No jumping between reports: everything is in one window.

Themes

Light, dark, skolkovo, gosuslugi, ruby. A board-level dashboard in a strict theme, a team one in a branded theme. The theme is set on the dashboard.

Public share link

A read-only view via link: the recipient doesn't enter Struktura and doesn't see other data. Can be embedded in Notion, Confluence, or a corporate portal.

Scenarios

Three dashboards built in a day

Sales, ops, and HR — the same widgets, different sources.

Sales dashboard

Revenue by manager and product in one plane. The sales lead sees the numbers in the morning, doesn't go to the analyst, and doesn't wait for a 1C export.

  • KPI cards: month plan/actual, average check, conversion to payment
  • Bar by manager with drill-down to deals
  • Comparison vs previous quarter — delta in percent

Operations: support SLA

First response time and resolution time for tickets in real time. A histogram shows the tail — requests that drag longer than the norm.

  • Donut by ticket status: open / in progress / resolved
  • Response time histogram with buckets 0–1h / 1–4h / 4–24h / >24h
  • Leaderboard of engineers by number of resolved tickets

HR: hiring funnel and retention

From job application to onboarding. In parallel — employee retention by hiring cohort. A single source of truth for the HR director and CEO.

  • Funnel: applications → screening → interview → offer → start
  • Calendar of recruiter activity by day
  • Comparison: turnover quarter over quarter by department

FAQ

Common questions

What sources are dashboards built from?
From Struktura tables — directly, without a separate ETL. If data lives in an external system (1C, amoCRM, Bitrix), bring it into a table via an integration or the open API, then build the dashboard on top of the table.
How fresh are the numbers on the charts?
By default widgets refresh every minute. For KPI cards and leaderboards you can enable real-time mode — recompute on source change. Heavy aggregations have a 5-minute cache that can be force-reset.
How many widgets fit on one dashboard?
Up to 50 widgets per dashboard. If you need more — split across multiple dashboards and link them. This is a rare case: more than 20 widgets is already hard to read on a single screen.
Who can see the public share link?
Anyone who has the link. It's a read-only view: only the specified widgets, without access to other data and without edit capabilities. The link can be revoked with one click, the access log is recorded.
Can a dashboard be embedded in Notion or Confluence?
Yes. The public share link works as an iframe embed: paste it into Notion, Confluence, a Bitrix portal, or a Tilda page. The theme is pulled from a URL parameter so the dashboard matches the surrounding colors.
Is there PDF and Excel export?
A dashboard exports to PDF with one click — with widget headings and a date footer. Any individual widget exports to Excel or CSV — with source rows, not just aggregates.
